This family gas mask kit combines two Israeli adult full-face respirators with 40mm filters and drinking tubes, plus one Mamtak child CBRN PAPR hood for ages 2–8. It is designed as a single age-specific family preparedness bundle, rather than requiring each component to be sourced separately.
Use the adult masks only when the wearer can obtain the correct fit and seal. The child component is a powered full-head hood, not a tight-fitting face mask. Verify the instructions, filter condition, airflow, and suitability of each component for the intended user.
This bundle covers 2 adults and 1 child ages 2-8. For complete family coverage across all ages:

This family bundle is for 2 adults and 1 child under 8.
The bundle combines two adult full-face masks with one child powered-air hood kit. Confirm the age, size, and fit requirements for every intended wearer.
The listed filters, masks, hoses, and powered-air components use EN 148-1 / Rd40 40mm interfaces. Thread compatibility does not by itself establish filter performance or complete-system suitability.
The child system uses a full-head powered-air hood rather than the tight face seal used by the adult masks.
Yes. Identify each person’s components, inspect them, and practice safe assembly and donning in a clean environment before an emergency. Don't remove the filter seal or cap before use.
Keep each wearer’s assigned components together, clean, dry, and protected from heat, sunlight, chemicals, and damage. Keep sealed filters unopened and review the kit on a regular schedule.

Everything I expected was in the box. I checked the threads, visor and straps, then did a short fit test at home. Everything was fine.
Factory seal intact, canister clean, no marks. Exactly what I wanted for storage.
Works for me.
Would order again.
Packed it with my camera gear and practiced putting it on quickly. After a couple of tries, the sequence felt natural.

The mask seems well made, but I am still struggling to get the rear straps comfortable around the back of my head. I am keeping it, although the fit has not fully convinced me yet.
Would order again.
