We value our customers and strive to provide exceptional products and services at CBRN Masks. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns are only available within 30 days of receiving your item.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
To start a return:
Contact us at Office@cbrnmasks.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Await a response from our team confirming and providing further instructions before returning the item.
Important: Do not return the item until we’ve confirmed the return.
The refund will not be processed if the item is returned without prior confirmation.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Damages and Issues
We take product quality seriously. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if:
The item is defective or damaged, or
You received the wrong item.
For defective or damaged items, email Office@cbrnmasks.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including clear photo and video evidence of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and work to make things right.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:
Return the original item, following the instructions above.
Once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
