Privacy Rights – Brazil (LGPD)

This page supplements our Privacy Policy and Privacy Rights & Requests page. It summarizes rights that may apply under Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD). Rights are subject to the LGPD's conditions, exceptions, and the circumstances of the processing.

Rights That May Apply

Where the LGPD applies, rights may include:

  • confirmation of whether personal data is being processed;
  • access to personal data;
  • correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
  • anonymization, blocking, or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive, or processed in violation of the LGPD;
  • data portability, subject to applicable regulation and legal protections;
  • deletion of personal data processed on the basis of consent, subject to lawful retention exceptions;
  • information about public and private entities with which data has been shared where required;
  • information about the possibility and consequences of refusing consent where relevant;
  • withdrawal of consent where applicable;
  • objection to certain processing where the legal requirements are met; and
  • review of certain decisions made solely on the basis of automated processing that affect your interests.
