Please use the subject line Privacy Rights Request and tell us which right you would like to exercise.
Where relevant, please include enough information for us to identify the account, order, or interaction involved, such as your name, email address, and order number. Please do not email passwords, full payment-card information, government identification documents, or other sensitive information unless we specifically request information through an appropriate method for identity verification.

Before fulfilling certain privacy requests, we may need to take reasonable steps to verify that the person making the request is the individual to whom the information relates or is properly authorized to act on that individual's behalf.
The information required for verification will depend on the nature of the request, the information involved, and applicable law.
We will not ask for more information than is reasonably necessary for verification.

If your request concerns information or insights associated with an interaction with the CBRN Masks AI Assistant powered by Microsoft Clarity Brand Agent, please identify this in your request.
Where supported by the Brand Agent, you may also be able to request deletion of saved information, preferences, or insights directly through the AI chat experience.

Residents of jurisdictions that provide a right to opt out of certain sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising can use our Your Privacy Choices page.
Where required and supported, applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), may also be recognized.
The opt-out process is separate from a request to delete, access, or correct personal information.

We will review and respond to valid privacy requests within the period required by applicable law.
In some circumstances, applicable law may allow additional time to respond. If an extension or additional information is required, we will provide notice where required.
We may decline or limit a request where applicable law permits or requires us to do so. Where required, we will explain the reason and any available appeal or complaint process.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights provided by applicable law.

Everything I expected was in the box. I checked the threads, visor and straps, then did a short fit test at home. Everything was fine.
Factory seal intact, canister clean, no marks. Exactly what I wanted for storage.
The mask seems well made, but I am still struggling to get the rear straps comfortable around the back of my head. I am keeping it, although the fit has not fully convinced me yet.
Works for me.
