Privacy Rights – Australia & New Zealand

Last updated: September 16, 2026

This page supplements our Privacy Policy and Privacy Rights & Requests page. It summarizes privacy rights that may apply to individuals in Australia and New Zealand. The exact rights available depend on the applicable law, its territorial scope, and the circumstances of the processing.

Australia

Where Australia's Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles apply, individuals generally have rights to request access to personal information held about them and to request correction of personal information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading. Legal exceptions may permit or require a request to be refused in some circumstances.

New Zealand

Where New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 applies, individuals generally have rights to ask whether an agency holds personal information about them, request access to that information, and request correction of personal information.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Visit our Privacy Rights & Requests page for request instructions, or email office@cbrnmasks.com with the subject Privacy Rights Request.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. If applicable law gives you a right to complain to a privacy regulator, you may also exercise that right.
