Shipping Policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

CBRN Masks ships CBRN protection, respiratory protection, emergency-preparedness equipment, and related products internationally. Depending on the product and fulfillment arrangement, an order may be shipped by us from Israel or directly from a trusted supplier or fulfillment partner in another location.

This policy explains order processing, shipping origins, tracking, customs, delivery, cancellation requests, and related responsibilities.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding holidays and exceptional circumstances.

For orders processed directly by us in Israel, our normal business days are Sunday through Thursday.

Products fulfilled by a trusted supplier or fulfillment partner may follow that partner's local business days and operational schedule.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit and delivery time.

Orders may occasionally require additional processing time because of payment review, fraud prevention, address verification, customs documentation, product availability, supplier processing, export or import requirements, destination restrictions, compliance checks, or other operational circumstances.

2. Shipping Origins and Trusted Fulfillment Partners

Many orders are shipped from Israel. Some products may instead be shipped directly from a trusted third-party supplier or fulfillment partner and may originate from another country or location.

We select and vet the suppliers and fulfillment partners we work with. Depending on the type of product, our evaluation may include factors such as supplier reliability, product authenticity, product quality, applicable certifications or conformity documentation, product specifications, and fulfillment capability.

We are not required to publicly identify our suppliers or fulfillment partners unless disclosure is required by applicable law.

The shipping origin of an item may therefore differ from our business address or from the shipping origin of another product in the same order.

If an order contains products fulfilled from different locations, the order may arrive in more than one shipment and on different dates.

3. Shipping Charges

CBRN Masks currently offers free standard international shipping to destinations available for ordering at checkout, unless a different shipping method or charge is clearly displayed before the order is placed.

Any expedited, optional, or special shipping service offered at checkout may have a separate charge.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard international delivery commonly takes approximately 7–21 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we expressly state otherwise.

Actual delivery time can vary depending on the shipping origin, destination, carrier, customs clearance, local postal operations, supplier or fulfillment-partner processing, carrier capacity, security screening, holidays, weather, transportation interruptions, government action, conflict, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Tracking Numbers

We provide tracking information for shipped orders when tracking is available for the selected shipping service.

Tracking information will normally be sent to the email address associated with the order.

If an order is shipped in more than one package or from more than one fulfillment location, you may receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

6. Tracking for Shipments From Israel

For shipments processed through our normal Israel-based shipping process, a tracking number may be created before any public tracking event appears.

The tracking page generally begins showing updates only after the parcel receives its first public scan at the airport or another export-processing facility.

The parcel may already have been collected by the postal service or carrier and may already be moving toward the airport even though the tracking page still shows no information.

Because the first visible scan normally occurs later in the export process rather than at the initial pickup, it may take a few days after shipment before the first meaningful tracking update becomes visible.

In many cases the first update appears within approximately 24–48 hours, but it can take approximately 3 business days or several days depending on collection timing, airport processing, holidays, carrier operations, and other logistics factors.

During this period, a tracking page may show no information, an unrecognized tracking number, a preliminary status, or no movement.

A lack of visible tracking information does not mean that the parcel has not been shipped.

The parcel may already have been picked up, transported toward the airport, processed for export, or otherwise be in the carrier's possession before the first public scan appears.

7. Tracking for Partner-Fulfilled Shipments

Products shipped directly by a trusted supplier or fulfillment partner may use a different postal service, courier, tracking system, or fulfillment process.

Tracking activation times and scan procedures can therefore differ from the Israel-based process described above.

A tracking number may still be issued before the carrier displays its first public scan, and several hours or days may pass before meaningful tracking information appears.

8. Gaps Between Tracking Updates

International tracking does not always update continuously.

There may be periods of several days between tracking events, particularly while a parcel is moving between a fulfillment location, airport or export facility, international transportation networks, customs authorities, and the destination-country postal or delivery service.

A temporary absence of new tracking events does not by itself mean that the shipment is lost or has stopped moving.

9. International Transportation

International transportation may involve postal services, couriers, airports, export-processing facilities, customs authorities, destination-country postal services, local delivery companies, freight providers, and other logistics partners.

The specific logistics providers involved can vary depending on the product, shipping origin, destination, and selected fulfillment method.

10. Customs, Duties, Taxes, Tariffs, and Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, duties, brokerage fees, handling charges, or other government or carrier charges.

Except for charges that we expressly state are prepaid by CBRN Masks, the customer is responsible for destination-country customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and similar import charges where applicable and permitted by law.

11. United States Import Tariffs

For orders shipped to customers in the United States, applicable import tariffs are prepaid by CBRN Masks.

U.S. customers should therefore not receive a separate charge from CBRN Masks for import tariffs that we have prepaid.

This statement relates specifically to import tariffs prepaid by CBRN Masks. It does not necessarily include unrelated taxes, charges, penalties, storage fees, brokerage fees, or other amounts imposed independently by a government authority, carrier, customs broker, or other third party unless we have expressly stated that those charges are also prepaid.

12. Import Legality and Destination Restrictions

Laws concerning protective equipment, respirators, filters, CBRN-related products, emergency-preparedness products, customs classification, import permits, end use, sanctions, and other restrictions differ between jurisdictions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products they order may lawfully be imported, possessed, received, transferred, and used in their destination jurisdiction, except where applicable law places a specific responsibility on us.

We may refuse, hold, or cancel an order where fulfilling it would or could reasonably appear to violate applicable sanctions, export restrictions, import restrictions, carrier rules, destination limitations, or other legal requirements.

We do not represent that every product can legally be shipped to every country or destination.

13. Customs and Carrier Delays

A shipment can be delayed while awaiting customs inspection, security screening, documentation, payment of applicable destination charges, carrier transfer, local postal processing, or action by a government authority.

These events are outside our direct control.

If a carrier, customs authority, supplier, or fulfillment partner requests information that we can reasonably provide, we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

A customs or carrier delay does not necessarily mean that the shipment is lost.

14. Correct Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, recipient name, phone number, email address, and any other information reasonably required for delivery.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at office@cbrnmasks.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment, supplier processing, export processing, or carrier handling.

15. Multiple Shipments

An order may be divided into multiple shipments when products are stored or fulfilled from different locations.

Different packages from the same order may have different tracking numbers, shipping origins, carriers, and delivery dates.

Receiving one part of an order does not necessarily mean that the remaining items have been delayed or omitted.

16. Failed Delivery, Refused Parcels, and Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel, failure to pay applicable destination charges, or another matter attributable to the recipient, any refund or reshipment will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.

Actual shipping, return transportation, customs, storage, or carrier charges resulting from these circumstances may be deducted or charged where permitted by law.

17. Lost Shipments

If tracking indicates an unusually long delay or possible loss, contact us at office@cbrnmasks.com and include your order number and tracking number where available.

We may need to investigate the shipment with the postal service, carrier, supplier, or fulfillment partner before it can reasonably be treated as lost.

Normal delays in initial tracking activation or temporary gaps between international tracking scans do not by themselves establish that a shipment has been lost.

Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

18. Damaged Shipments

If a parcel arrives damaged, please keep the product, original packaging, shipping label, and all contents until the matter has been reviewed.

Where possible, contact us within 48 hours and provide photographs or video showing the packaging, shipping label, product, and damage.

This request helps us investigate carrier or fulfillment damage and does not shorten or remove mandatory rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods.

For complete information, review our Return & Refund Policy.

19. Cancellation Requests Before Shipment

If an order has not yet shipped or entered a stage where fulfillment can no longer reasonably be stopped, you may submit an eligible cancellation request through your CBRN Masks Customer Account.

You may also contact us at office@cbrnmasks.com.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically stop fulfillment.

Some orders may move quickly into packing, supplier processing, fulfillment-partner processing, export processing, or carrier handling.

We will process the request according to the actual status of the order, our Return & Refund Policy, and applicable law.

20. Cancellation Requests When Tracking Has Not Yet Updated

The absence of a visible tracking scan does not necessarily mean that an order can still be cancelled.

For shipments from Israel, the first public tracking event generally does not appear until the parcel is scanned at the airport or another export-processing facility.

The parcel may therefore already have been collected and handed to the postal service or carrier even though the tracking page currently shows no information.

The same principle may apply to partner-fulfilled shipments where the carrier's first public tracking event is delayed.

If the parcel has already been handed to a carrier, entered a postal or courier network, or otherwise entered shipment processing, we may be unable to intercept or cancel the shipment.

In such circumstances, any applicable return, statutory withdrawal, cancellation, or refund rights will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

21. Cancellation Requests After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it normally cannot be intercepted or cancelled through the international shipping network.

If you no longer want the order, review the return and statutory withdrawal provisions in our Return & Refund Policy.

Where available for your order, you can also use your CBRN Masks Customer Account to submit an eligible return request.

22. Returns for Products Shipped by a Trusted Partner

A product shipped by a trusted supplier or fulfillment partner should not automatically be returned to the address shown on the original shipping label.

Return locations may differ depending on the product and fulfillment arrangement.

Please follow the return instructions provided by CBRN Masks before sending a voluntary return so that the item is directed to the correct return location.

For complete return and refund terms, review our Return & Refund Policy.

23. EU, EEA, and UK Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any mandatory statutory delivery, cancellation, withdrawal, refund, conformity, or other consumer rights that apply to you.

For information about returns, refunds, cancellations, and statutory withdrawal rights, see our Return & Refund Policy.

24. Privacy and Order Fulfillment

Where an order or part of an order is fulfilled by a trusted supplier or fulfillment partner, we may provide that partner with the customer and order information reasonably necessary to process, ship, deliver, and support that order.

Additional information about how we handle personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.

25. Customer Account

Customers can view orders and access available self-service order functions through their CBRN Masks Customer Account.
