The Multipro is an infant CBRN PAPR hood for newborns, babies, and toddlers ages 0–2. People often search for a baby gas mask or infant gas mask, but this product is a full-head powered-air hood, not a tight-fitting mask.
The system uses an ONYX 45 blower, connected to a 40mm filter and hose, and does not rely on a conventional tight facial seal on the infant. Follow the supplied instructions and verify the complete system, filter, and airflow before use.

The full-head design does not depend on the tight face seal required by a conventional full-face mask and allows the caregiver to see the child through the transparent hood.
The included ONYX 45 powered-air blower supplies airflow through the connected hose and filter. Use only the complete configuration described in the product instructions.
The hood includes an integrated feeding-bottle port. Follow the supplied instructions and keep the airflow path and hood position unobstructed.
The kit includes the Multipro baby hood, ONYX 45 blower, factory-sealed 40mm threaded filter, connector hose, feeding-bottle port, and carry support.
The system uses a replaceable EN 148-1 / RD40 40 mm threaded filter. Select the filter for the intended hazard and follow its storage, expiration, and replacement instructions; thread compatibility is not itself a protection rating.

I like being able to see the baby's whole face through the clear section instead of guessing how she is reacting.
Much more sensible than trying to create a tight seal on a tiny face. The design made more sense once I saw it.
Emergency equipment on a baby felt strange at first, so we kept the practice simple. The large transparent area helped because my daughter could still see us and we could watch her face without lifting the hood. The second attempt went more smoothly than the first, which was reassuring.
This seems like a thoughtful system for an infant. My only issue is the space it takes up; the full setup is larger than I had planned for in our emergency cabinet.
Good system for an infant. The first assembly was slower than I anticipated, so I am glad we practiced with it before putting it away rather than leaving the setup unfamiliar.
One parent can manage it, although two people make the first practice easier. After that, I felt confident with the sequence.
I was nervous about trying emergency equipment on an infant. The hood felt surprisingly gentle and, importantly for me, it did not press on her face.
The interior feels roomy enough that I was not worried about fabric sitting against the baby's mouth or nose.

We practiced when the baby was fed and relaxed. Once the air started moving, she mostly looked around.
The large window lets me keep eye contact with the baby. I did not realize how much that would matter until our first practice.
