These terms apply to participants in the CBRN Masks affiliate or referral program. Program-specific commission rates, attribution windows, payout thresholds and payment timing shown in the affiliate portal or separately agreed with us form part of these terms.
Affiliates must describe CBRN Masks products accurately and must not make false, misleading, unsubstantiated or exaggerated claims. In particular, affiliates must not invent certifications, government approvals, protection levels, test results, guarantees, medical claims or performance claims that are not stated in current CBRN Masks product information or manufacturer documentation.
Whenever you promote or endorse CBRN Masks and may receive a commission, free product, discount or other benefit, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that material connection in the promotion itself. The disclosure should be easy to notice and understand and should appear close to the endorsement or affiliate link. Do not rely only on a profile page, terms page, platform tool or vague wording if the relationship would not otherwise be clear.
Examples of clear wording include: “I earn a commission if you buy through this link” or “Paid affiliate link.” Local laws may require additional or different disclosures.
Unless we approve it in writing, affiliates may not: impersonate CBRN Masks or a manufacturer; register domains, social accounts or paid-search ads designed to appear official; bid on our trademarks in a misleading manner; send spam; use deceptive redirects, forced clicks, cookie stuffing or hidden attribution; promote through illegal content; offer unauthorized coupons; or make purchases through their own referral link solely to generate commission.
Because the products relate to respiratory and CBRN protection, affiliates must use extra care with safety claims. Do not state or imply that a product guarantees survival, eliminates all risk, is suitable for every hazard, or is certified by an authority unless the specific statement is supported by the applicable product documentation and our current product page. Do not alter warnings, age guidance, fit limitations, beard or facial-hair limitations, filter compatibility information or other material product disclosures.
You may use approved product images, logos and marketing materials only to promote CBRN Masks under this program. You may not modify them in a way that creates a misleading claim or suggests that you are CBRN Masks, the manufacturer, or an authorized government representative.
CBRN Masks controls product pricing, availability, order acceptance, shipping, returns and refunds. Affiliates must not promise a price, delivery date, refund, warranty or exception that we have not authorized. Customers should be directed to cbrnmasks.com or our support team for order and product-support questions.
Affiliate attribution may use referral links, codes, cookies or similar technology. Commission is payable only on qualifying transactions recorded by the program system, subject to the program rules shown in the affiliate portal. We may reverse commission for refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, self-referred or otherwise ineligible transactions.
Affiliates are responsible for complying with advertising, endorsement, privacy, anti-spam, consumer-protection and other laws that apply to their activities. We may review affiliate content and request correction or removal of non-compliant promotions. Failure to correct serious or repeated violations can result in suspension or termination from the program and forfeiture of commissions where permitted by law and the program rules.
We may modify or end the affiliate program or these terms, subject to applicable law and any binding agreement. Either party may end participation. Obligations concerning truthful advertising, confidential information, intellectual property and amounts already properly due survive where applicable.

Everything I expected was in the box. I checked the threads, visor and straps, then did a short fit test at home. Everything was fine.
Factory seal intact, canister clean, no marks. Exactly what I wanted for storage.
The mask seems well made, but I am still struggling to get the rear straps comfortable around the back of my head. I am keeping it, although the fit has not fully convinced me yet.
Works for me.
